These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aaiish platform (“Platform”) as
a client (“Client”) seeking mentorship or consultancy services. By creating an account,
booking a session, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Aaiish’s goal is to foster a safe, professional, and empowering space for meaningful
guidance while ensuring transparency and protection for both Clients and Consultants.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding
agreements. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and
complete.
Aaiish provides access to experienced professionals who act as mentors and consultants.
Their role is to share guidance, knowledge, and suggestions to empower you in your career
or personal growth. Aaiish is not responsible for implementing this guidance on your behalf.
Aaiish facilitates these engagements via its digital platform but does not employ
Consultants; each Consultant operates as an independent professional.
Clients must create an account, keep login details secure, and use the Platform only for
lawful purposes. Sessions must be booked and managed through the Platform. Cancellations
and rescheduling must follow Platform policies. Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in
suspension or legal action.
Clients agree to pay all applicable fees for booked sessions. Payments are processed
securely through the Platform. Refunds, if any, will follow Aaiish’s refund policy. Unpaid fees
may result in suspension of access. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party
gateways; Aaiish does not store full card information.
All mentorship, guidance, and suggestions provided through the Platform are for
empowerment and professional development only. Neither Aaiish nor its Consultants
guarantee specific results, outcomes, or success. You remain solely responsible for your
decisions and actions based on such guidance. Aaiish disclaims liability for any losses,
damages, or claims arising from your reliance on or implementation of the advice provided.
You retain full responsibility for your professional and personal decisions.
Clients may not engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior. You may not
attempt to bypass the Platform, book sessions outside it, or use the Platform for unlawful
purposes. Any violation may lead to account suspension or permanent removal.
You agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared during sessions. Aaiish will
handle your personal data in line with applicable privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.
All Platform content, branding, processes, blog and resources remain the property of Aaiish.
You are granted a limited, personal licence to use the Platform only for booking and
attending sessions. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse Aaiish’s intellectual property. All
rights reserved. Unauthorized use or reproduction may attract legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaiish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages, including loss of profits, resulting from the use of the Platform or
reliance on guidance received from Consultants.
Aaiish may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in
misconduct. You may stop using the Platform at any time, though outstanding fees remain
payable.
We encourage resolving disputes amicably. If not possible, disputes will be resolved
through arbitration under Indian law, conducted in English. Aaiish reserves the right to seek
injunctive relief to protect its rights.
Aaiish may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after
changes means you accept the updated Terms.
